• You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.

If you are a health professional or business and want to use the content for clients or commercial purposes, you must obtain our written permission first.

3. Nature of the Program (Educational Only)

• The Program is educational and informational only.

• It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• We do not provide pediatric, medical, or psychological care.

• Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider before changing your baby’s diet, introducing new foods, or modifying feeding routines.

By using our content, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your own decisions and for your child’s health and safety.

4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe (or another payment provider indicated at checkout).

• All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

• Taxes may be added depending on your billing location and applicable regulations.

• Your order is complete once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to change prices, payment plans, or promotions at any time for future customers. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.

5. Digital Access & Delivery

The Program is a digital product. No physical goods will be shipped.

After successful payment, you will:

• Be redirected to a confirmation / thank you page; and/or

You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid and correctly spelled email address.

• Checking your spam / promotions folders.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because this is a digital educational program with immediate access to materials, we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in the immediate termination of access to the Program and any related bonuses.

7. Installment Plans (if applicable)

If you purchase using a payment plan:

• You agree to complete all scheduled payments.

• If a payment fails or is revoked, we may:

Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are provided for illustration only and do not guarantee you will experience the same results.

10. User Responsibilities & Safety

By using the Program, you agree to:

• Always supervise your baby during meals and snacks.

• Follow safety guidelines for age-appropriate textures, choking risk and allergens.

• Consult a pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider if your child has:

  • known allergies,

  • growth concerns,

  • swallowing difficulties,

  • medical conditions, or

  • any reaction to foods.

You understand that feeding babies always involves a level of risk (e.g. gagging, possible choking, allergies) and you accept full responsibility for how you use the information provided.

11. Data & Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on our website.

By purchasing the Program, you agree that we may:

• Store your contact details to deliver your purchase and send essential service emails.

• Send you educational and promotional emails related to Grow2Glow, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

If you are a US resident and want to exercise “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” rights where applicable, please refer to our dedicated “Do Not Sell My Info” page.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in the Program (text, images, videos, graphics, logos, layouts, downloads, and other materials) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
