Company information: OnDigital, Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Company registration number: 821 659 570. Share capital €50,000. Contact: contact@kiddieget.world

By accessing or using the Service, purchasing a program, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who the Service is for

KiddieGet is intended for parents/legal guardians using the Service for children generally ages 3–6. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2) Educational content only (no medical advice)

KiddieGet provides educational content only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a pediatrician or other healthcare professional. If you have concerns about your child’s health, growth, allergies, choking risk, feeding disorder, or any medical condition, consult a qualified professional.

Please read our Medical Disclaimer (available on our sales page) at: [Medical Disclaimer link].

This Medical Disclaimer is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3) The program and digital delivery

KiddieGet is a 100% digital program delivered for use on mobile/tablet. Your purchase includes a 13-week program with weekly digital kits (e.g., videos/cartoons, digital storybooks with audio, songs, coloring pages, parent guides, Q&A check-ins, and recipes).

Delivery timing, features, and content may vary slightly. We may update, replace, or improve the Service over time.

4) Account registration and security

You may need an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5) Personalization and child information

Some plans include personalization (e.g., child’s first name, selected appearance traits, and companion character choices). You represent that you are the child’s parent/legal guardian (or have permission from one) and that any information you provide is accurate.

Your use of child information is governed by our Privacy Policy, Children’s Privacy & COPPA Notice (where applicable).

6) License to use; permitted use

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, household, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Share account access outside your household or make the content available to others.

• Reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security, or interfere with the Service.

• Use the Service in any unlawful manner.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Service content.

7) Intellectual property

All content and materials in the Service (including cartoons, videos, characters, storybooks, audio, songs, text, graphics, recipes, guides, and trademarks) are owned by KiddieGet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8) Payments; Pricing; Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Purchases are one-time payments (no subscription) unless expressly stated at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize KiddieGet and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout (including any applicable taxes and fees).

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for your order, and you agree to comply with Stripe’s applicable terms as required to complete the transaction.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect them.

9) Refunds and guarantee

Refunds (including our money-back guarantee) are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy controls.

10) Your responsibilities when using recipes and activities

You are responsible for supervising your child during all activities, including cooking. Always consider:

• Allergies and dietary restrictions

• Age-appropriate food preparation and choking hazards

• Safe kitchen practices and supervision

KiddieGet is not responsible for outcomes resulting from food preparation, ingredient substitutions, supervision decisions, or individual sensitivities.

11) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results will be achieved.

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

• Individual experiences vary. Any examples or testimonials reflect individual outcomes and do not guarantee similar results.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiddieGet and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiddieGet’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to KiddieGet for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KiddieGet from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

14) Termination and access restrictions

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination (including IP ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

15) Third-party services and links

The Service may integrate or link to third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their terms.

16) Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top indicates when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue

Informal resolution first

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, please contact us first at contact@kiddieget.world and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Venue / courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought in the competent courts located in Paris, France, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Consumer rights preserved.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country, state, or province (including rules about where you may bring a claim). Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any rights that cannot be waived by contract.

18) Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement: These Terms and the policies referenced (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.) form the entire agreement regarding the Service.

19) Policies Incorporated by Reference

The following policies form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference: Privacy Policy, Children’s Privacy & COPPA Notice, Refund Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and (if applicable) Cookie Policy. In the event of a conflict, the specific policy governs the specific topic (for example, the Refund Policy governs refunds).

KIDDIEGET REFUND POLICY

(Money-Back Guarantee)

Effective Date: January 5, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through KiddieGet (the “Service”), operated by OnDigital (Neuilly-sur-Seine, France).

1) The 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of the KiddieGet program.

The guarantee period starts on the date you receive access to your first Weekly Food Adventure Kit (the “Start Date”), as shown in your account (or the first delivery/access date stated in your welcome/delivery email).

If you request a refund within the guarantee period, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the eligible purchase, no questions asked, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2) Who is eligible

The guarantee applies only if all of the following are true:

• It is your first-time purchase of the KiddieGet program (any plan).

• The refund request is received within 10 days of the Start Date.

• The request is made by the purchaser using the email address used at checkout (or another way we can reasonably verify).

Limit

One refund per household, unless required by law.

Upgrades

If you upgrade your plan during the guarantee period, the guarantee still applies—as long as your refund request is made within the same original 10-day window starting from the Start Date. The refund will cover the total amount paid for that first-time purchase (including the upgrade), if eligible.

3) How to request a refund

Email us at contact@kiddieget.world with:

• the subject line: “Refund Request”

• the name used at checkout

• the email used at checkout

• the approximate purchase date

That’s it—no explanation required.

4) What happens after a refund

Because KiddieGet is a digital program, once your refund is approved:

• Your access to the program will be disabled, and

• Any future deliveries/availability of kits under that purchase will stop.

5) How refunds are issued and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Once we approve your refund, we submit it to Stripe promptly. The time it takes for funds to appear back on your statement depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 5–10 business days, sometimes longer).

6) Abuse, fraud, and chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a refund request if we reasonably believe it involves fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity (for example, repeated refund attempts across accounts/identities, or deliberate misuse of payment methods). This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

If you have an issue, please contact us first—initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may delay resolution.

7) Consumer rights notice

This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country, state, or province.

8) Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when it was last updated. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

We use cookies for:

• Essential operations: security, fraud prevention, and basic site functionality.

4) Your choices

(Browser controls)

You can control cookies through your browser settings (for example, blocking or deleting cookies). Note that blocking some cookies may impact site functionality.

5) Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

(U.S. state privacy rights)

We do not sell personal information for money.

If our use of tracking cookies is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state laws (including California), you can opt out by emailing contact@kiddieget.world with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request.” We may ask for information to verify your request.

6) Children

KiddieGet is intended for parents/legal guardians. Children should not submit personal information directly to us. Any child-related personalization details are provided by a parent/guardian only, as described in our Privacy Policy and Children’s Privacy & COPPA Notice.
