This Privacy Policy explains how KiddieGet (the “Service”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. The Service is operated by OnDigital (Neuilly-sur-Seine, France) (“KiddieGet,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

This Policy applies to information collected through our website, checkout, customer support, and the digital program.
1) Who the Service is for
KiddieGet is designed for parents and legal guardians using the Service for children (generally ages 3–6). Children should not submit personal information directly to us.

2) Information we collect
A) Information you provide (parent/guardian)
Account and contact information: name, email address, login details.
Purchase information: billing information and transaction details. (Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.)
Support communications: emails, chat messages (if enabled), and any information you choose to share with us.
B) Child information you provide for personalization
Depending on the plan you choose, you may provide:
• Child’s first name (or nickname)
• Appearance traits (for character likeness, such as hair/skin/eyes)
• Character/companion preferences
• Food selections (foods you want to focus on)
We use this information to generate your child’s personalized content and to run the program.
C) Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we may collect:
• Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and referring URLs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: to operate the site, remember preferences, and support analytics & advertising measurement (tracking) and, if enabled, retargeting.

3) How we use information
We use personal information to:
• Provide and deliver the program and its features (including personalization)
• Create and maintain accounts
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Improve the Service, troubleshoot, and analyze performance
• Send service-related communications (e.g., access, delivery notices, policy updates)
• Send marketing emails if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
4) How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
A) Service providers (processors)
We use trusted vendors to run the Service, such as:
• Payment processing: Stripe
• Hosting, storage, and content delivery
• Email and customer support tools
• Security, fraud prevention, and analytics (if enabled)
They may access personal information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
B) Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
C) Business transfers
If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. If we use certain advertising or analytics tools, some disclosures may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws (including California). You can opt out by emailing contact@kiddieget.world with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request.” Please contact us from the email address used at checkout, and we may ask for additional information to verify your request. We will process verified requests consistent with applicable law.
Authorized agents (where applicable)
You may use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization.
10) EEA/UK/Switzerland privacy rights (GDPR-style rights)
If you are located in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, you may have the right to:
• Access, correct, or delete your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive a copy of your data (data portability)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
11) Children’s privacy
We collect children-related information only from a parent/guardian for personalization and program delivery. We do not knowingly allow children to submit personal information directly.

• Appearance traits you select (e.g., hair/skin/eyes) to generate a likeness
• Companion character preference
• Food selections (foods you want to focus on)
We collect this information from the parent/guardian, not from the child.
3) How we use child information
We use child information only to:
• Generate and deliver personalized program content (cartoons, storybooks/audio, songs, and related materials)
• Provide the program experience and customer support
• Maintain security and prevent fraud
We do not use child information to deliver behavioral advertising to children.
4) How we share child information
We do not sell child information. We may share child information only:
• With trusted service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, content delivery, customer support), under confidentiality and security obligations
• If required to comply with law or protect safety, rights, and security
• As part of a business transaction (e.g., merger or asset sale), with appropriate protections
5) Parental consent
By purchasing the Service and submitting child information for personalization, you confirm that you are the child’s parent/legal guardian (or have permission from one) and you consent to our collection and use of that child information as described here and in our Privacy Policy.
6) Parent rights: review, delete, and stop further use
You can request to:
• Review the child’s personal information we have
• Request deletion of the child information
• Refuse further collection or use of the child information (which may disable personalization features)
To make a request, email contact@kiddieget.world with the subject line “Child Data Request” or “Delete Child Data.” Please contact us from the email address used at checkout and include the child’s first name/nickname used in the program. We may request additional information to verify parent/guardian status before acting on the request.
7) Data retention
We keep child information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time as described above.
